Matthew L. Kabak has substantial experience in the representation of established businesses, emerging companies, entrepreneurs and investors in general business transactions, entity formation and trademark protection.

Additionally, Matthew has particular interest in the business of real estate and provides counsel to clients in connection with real property purchase and sale, co-ownership, commercial leasing, financing and real estate development.

Matthew is qualified to practice law before the California Bar. He is an active participant in Business Networking International and Bay Area Business Advisory Counsel (BABAC), an organization devoted to advising growth companies.

Matthew received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1998 and his B.A. in Politics-Environmental Studies from Whitman College in 1994.
