Matthew L. Kabak represents clients before state and federal courts in matters concerning commercial and residential real estate, contract and business disputes. He also litigates residential and commercial evictions and rent control exemption matters in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area.

Additionally, Matthew has substantial experience in the representation of property owners, commercial tenants and a wide range of businesses in connection with sale and purchase agreements, leases, entity formation and other transactional matters.
